Returns and Exchange Policy:
Local (Kuwait) Orders: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn/unused (Resellable) items with tags and boxes within 14 days of receiving your order. To guarantee the return or exchange, let us know within the 14 days after submitting the order, and we will arrange the return. We also appreciate you letting us know the reason for the exchange or refund, for us to address the problem.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
For Worldwide Orders:
No return or exchange for worldwide orders.
Tax and Duties:
Tax and Duties are not calculated in the price of the product.
The checkout price is DDU price (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means any duties and taxes must be paid to the courier.
Delivery:
For Kuwait orders: 2-3 working days.
For worldwide orders : 3-7 working days.
